Trosolwg
I am a PhD student at the Centre for High-Frequency Engineering (CHFE) at the School of Engineering at Cardiff University. I am conducting my research under the supervision of Dr James Bell, Dr Roberto Quaglia, and Prof. Paul J. Tasker.
I received my bachelor’s degree from the Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, and started my PhD studies at Cardiff University in 2020.
I am currently working on a project titled "Neural Network Model Extraction for 5G Power Amplifier Design", which aims to develop a robust and automated behavioural model for RF transistors that can be used by RF amplifier designers.

My research focuses on modelling the nonlinear behaviours of RF devices. Currently, the focus is on the Cardiff model and artificial neural network model formulation, including data collection through load-pull measurements.
The use of models for power amplifier design in commercial applications is also of interest to me.
