There is a reduction in registration fee for doctoral students and on 2 November, doctoral students can attend a pre-conference doctoral day in which they will have the opportunity to present their thesis and discuss it with other students and leading researchers.

Delegates need to cover the costs of their own accommodation and travel, breakfasts, and evening meals (except for 3 November when an evening meal will take place at National Museum Wales as part of the registration fee).

Abstract submissions

The deadline for abstract submissions closed on Thursday 30 June. Notification of abstract acceptance will be provided no later than Friday 16 September 2016.

All abstract proposals will be evaluated by the conference committee, with abstracts providing the basis for presentations at the conference by the author(s).
