Atul P. Anand is Managing Principal of IndiaAdvisory.in.

Following 25 years as Group President at Rosmerta Technologies Limited  where he forged global alliances with firms like Satyam, Daon Ireland, and Schlumberger; led smart card projects issuing 170 million driving licenses across 11 Indian states; and scaled high-security number plate joint ventures to ₹175 crore in value, establishing the world's largest aluminum manufacturer in that category.

He brings direct boardroom credentials, having represented a cornerstone investor on the Board of One97 Limited (Paytm), structuring a successful GBP 15 million investor exit, and as Indian team member for UK-based Berkley Energy renewable fund, aiding in raising GBP 80 million post-MOU signing—honing skills in independent judgment, risk assessment, fundraising acumen, and shareholder alignment.

Atul holds a Diploma in Business Administration from UWIST and an MBA from Birmingham University and currently advises SMEs, startups, and overseas firms on India market entry, regulatory compliance, feasibility studies, investor relations, corporate structuring, government procurement, and cross-border operations.
