Validation in a Box

Robust validation is a cornerstone of ISO 15189 accreditation, yet for bioinformatics pipelines, it can be complex, time-consuming, and inconsistently implemented across services.

We aim to lower this barrier by providing ready-to-use tools and datasets that support transparent, reproducible, and standards-aligned validation of pipeline outputs.

Tools for generating synthetic test data and benchmarking results against characterised truth sets are included, as well as curated, domain-specific validation datasets for a set of exemplar pathogen use-cases.
