On the day

Performance for Open Day visitors
Students from SU societies perform for visitors outside Main Building.

Open Days are your chance to get a real first-hand experience of the University and the city.

The day will give you a chance to:

  • tour the campus (including Heath Park Campus)
  • tour the city
  • see the Students' Union
  • visit student residences
  • visit Academic School buildings and speak to admissions tutors
  • attend subject specific talks
  • attend general talks such as student finance, UCAS and applying to Cardiff University
  • drop-in to our advice shops.

Please note that the University Dental Hospital is closed at weekends, so tours of the School of Dentistry will not be available on Saturday Open Days.

Please see the School of Dentistry’s website for the latest information about the talks, displays and exhibitions that will be available on Saturday Open Days.

  • 93% of visitors rated our 2016 University Campus area as “Excellent” or “Good"
