EPSRC Public Engagement award to the Welsh School of Pharmacy

Dr Arwyn Jones of the Welsh School of Pharmacy together with Dr Bob Steadman (Medic) and Pete Griffiths (Chemy) have been awarded a £55,000 Public Engagement award by the EPSRC.
This is to host a series of public engagement activities and exhibits focused on tissue engineering and the work of the Cardiff Institute of Tissue Engineering and Repair, CITER .
The first major exhibition will be at the 2010 National Eisteddfod of Wales Science and Technology pavilion at Ebbw Vale- July 31- August 7th.
Other activities are planned for 2010 and 2011.
