Performance

One of the attractive features of studying at Cardiff University is the richness and diversity of musical activities we offer.

We are extremely proud of our musical activities and everything we do to promote performance, music and music appreciation within the University and beyond.

We run 11 ensembles within the School and students can also benefit from an enormous range of student-led musical societies.

Join an ensemble, orchestra or other musical group

The ensembles run by the School of Music are, in most cases, open to students across the University.

Places in ensembles are allocated early in the academic year. For information about auditions please contact our Performance and Engagement Executive Officer, Elin Jones.
