High Level Translation
French-English Distance Learning Course
Our High-Level Translation Distance Learning Course has been specifically designed to prepare candidates for the Diploma in Translation from the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
The entire course focuses on Unit 01 which requires the translation of a 600-word press article. Skills acquired during the course will also be beneficial to Units 02 and 03, but it is important to stress that the course does not specialise in any of the linguistic fields offered for these Units.
The course consists of two modules running from end of April to early January with a break during the summer and Christmas. Examinations are held every year in January.
