Consumer Anxieties about Food

Food safety and food security are priority issues throughout Europe at present, the subject of intense governmental concern, public interest and media speculation. 

This presentation draws on the findings of a recently-completed study which examined consumer anxieties about food from the global scale of international food markets to the domestic scale of individual households.

Mae’r cyflwyniad hwn yn defnyddio darganfyddiadau astudiaeth a gwblhawyd yn ddiweddar a oedd yn archwilio pryderon y cyhoedd am fwyd, o raddfa fyd-eang marchnadoedd rhyngwladol i raddfa teuluoedd unigol yn eu cartrefi.
