Kevin was the main presenter in a public forum entitled "What’s for Dinner? Building a healthy, reliable food supply for Newfoundland and Labrador", at the Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada.
Kevin was joined by Dr Roberta Sonnino to present their recent work on sustainable food systems at the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development in New York.
