Photography and filming
We are taking photographs and filming at our upcoming Open Day events, to capture life at Cardiff University as naturally as possible.
We produce a variety of promotional material in print and electronic form to publicise our courses, for educational and promotional purposes. The photographs, video and audio recordings could be used in marketing materials including prospectuses, brochures, the web, social media and potential advertising campaigns.
Cardiff University maintains a library of photographs, video and audio recordings, and quotations, which can be used in the future for educational and promotional purposes only.
If you would not like to feature in any images captured of the University, please speak to our photographer who will take appropriate steps to ensure you are not included.
Consent to the use of photographs, video and audio recordings, and quotations
You are able to ask the University to stop using your images and audio at any time, in which case they will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
If you would like to request that we remove your image and/or audio, send the details of the location and date of the recording and a photograph of yourself for identification purposes to:
