Cardiff University is working in partnership with this private hall of residence which means we can offer this hall to Cardiff University students. This private hall of residence is owned and managed by Unite who are a member of the ANUK / National Code Assured Accommodation
Clodien House is ideally placed for students studying at the Heath Park campus and is also within walking distance of the Cathays Park campus.
Unite requires all residents to have a guarantor. If residents do not have a guarantor then full payment of rent is required prior to, or on arrival at, Clodien House.

Advance payment
An advance payment is payable to Unite before arrival. The advance payment amount will be deducted from the total rent.

Unite requires all residents to have a guarantor. If residents do not have a guarantor then full payment of rent is required prior to or on arrival at Clodien House.

Clodien House was a great place to live as it was very close to the hospital where I had my lectures. The location was also ideal because it was close to local shops and also easy to get to the city centre. It was very sociable which made it very easy to make new friends who were doing similar courses to me.
