Clodien House is ideally placed for students studying at the Heath Park campus and is also within walking distance of the Cathays Park campus.
Unite requires all residents to have a UK-based guarantor. If residents do not have a UK-based guarantor then full payment of rent is required prior to, or on arrival at, Clodien House.

Clodien House was a great place to live as it was very close to the hospital where I had my lectures. The location was also ideal because it was close to local shops and also easy to get to the city centre. It was very sociable which made it very easy to make new friends who were doing similar courses to me.
