Surface Profilometry Measurement Facility

Utilising a Taylor Hobson contact profilometer, with full 2D (line) and 3D (areal) measurement capabilities. Associated analysis software capable of processing measurements and characterising surfaces. We measure anything from gears and bearings, to composite materials and medical engineering components.

Surface Analysis Computational Tool	Metrology 4.0 / Mountains	Software and high-specification PC to post-process, analyse and characterise measurements from the profilometer. We have extensive experience of using this software.
