Confocal Microscopy
Our confocal microscope has a variety of lasers for precise excitation of fluorophore allowing for fixed and live cell imaging under standard environmental or hypoxic conditions.

Details | The system is equipped with blue diode 405, Argon 488 and HeNe 543 and 633nm lasers. It also has a resonant scanner for fast acquisition (8000 lines per second). The system has a temperature stage for performing imaging between room temperature and 40˚C. Software for performing FRET, FRAP and Emissions scans (spectroscopy). |

Objectives: x20 air objective, x40 1.25NA oil objective, x63 1.4NA oil objective, x100 1.4NA oil objective. Lasers include: 405nm, 488nm, 543 nm, 633nm. Environmental stages.
