Our Academic Future Council decision

Hello,

As I previously wrote to you, this week the University’s Council met to review the Our Academic Future business case.

The proposals the business case includes are designed to improve your student experience and make our university financially and academically sustainable. I can confirm that Council approved the business case.

In September, we’ll share further information on how the university will start to change. However, please remember these changes won’t start happening until 2026/27, and you can complete your course as planned.

If you need help, wherever you are over the summer you will still be able to get mental health and wellbeing support.
