We are delighted to have held our place in the UK top ten for the fourth year in a row.

This year, we performed exceptionally in student experience and teaching quality, achieving the second highest score in the UK in both areas.

Our dedication to student experience was also demonstrated in achieving 96% in overall student satisfaction in the National Student Survey this year.

Cardiff University has also performed well, ranking 34th in the UK.

Professor Kenneth Hamilton, Head of the School of Music, said of this year’s results: “I am delighted to see the School holding its place in the top ten for the fourth year in a row, testifying to the exceptional work our staff do to give our students the best possible experience."
