- Facilitates strategic alignment with the University IT Service to ensure it understands and is responsive to the needs of the College and Schools.
- Provides high-level and broad-ranging advice and support to the College and Schools about technology strategies, IT-enabled change initiatives and operational IT service delivery.
- Supports development of the IT service in the College and Schools by working with IT Service Managers to ensure consistent and highly effective operational support and service delivery.
