Cross-globe study

A warm welcome awaits

If you would like to be part of our story in Wales, our team has all the information you need to support your application, visa, funding, accommodation and – when you arrive – your life here in Cardiff.

We have our own bespoke engagement and experience teams to support you while you study and to help ensure you are introduced to and benefit from collaboration with and the company of others studying alongside you. As well as established clubs and societies (like the award-winning CyberSoc) there are ongoing events, lectures, and social events.

If you are interested in finding out more or have any general queries, please contact COMSC-exchange@cardiff.ac.uk.

Partner institutions

An agreement with key partners in China (in Beijing and Dalian) allows students studying with them to come to Cardiff for the second of their three years’ Master’s programme (securing two degrees, one from each university).

Meanwhile our own undergraduates can take advantage of specific mobility partnerships - to study with some of our partners during the second year of their degree. We have also launched a new funding stream to support research and teaching innovation by supporting collaboration (up to three months) remotely or via visits to a partner university.
