Elliot is the course director for the MA in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management. He established the course in 2001 following a highly successful career in international public relations. Elliot was Board Director at Hill & Knowlton Public Relations, part of the WPP Group, and the largest public relations consultancy group in the world.
He has developed and delivered communications campaigns for brands such as, adidas, Reebok, Coca-cola, Motorola, Pioneer and Billabong Europe.
He holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, is a member of the Institute of Public Relations and is currently completing his PhD at Cardiff University.
Elliot's research interests include: Diversity in the UK public relations industry, the cult of celebrity, globalisation and branding, and PR education. Elliot is also a trained newspaper journalist.
