The Cardiff Centre for Language and Communication Research (CLCR) is a well-established, world-class, internationally renowned group of lecturers and scholars with an international reputation for their work in English Language and Communication including all areas of Sociolinguistics, Applied Linguistics, Discourse Analysis, Psycholinguistics and Multimodal Communication. We thrive on the diversity of ideas and perspectives that a rich mix of academic perspectives on language and communication and of social and cultural interests brings to academic debate and discussion.
