Module assessment
The module is assessed through an assignment (patient management problems); it is designed to illustrate that the student ‘knows how’ to manage certain situations within practice (all learning outcomes).
Formative assessment will be through multi-choice questions on therapeutics after study days and completion of directed reading/activities. Each student will present a case study to a small group of their peers and receive feedback.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR REASSESSMENT IN THIS MODULE:
All assessments must be passed with a minimum mark of 50%. Opportunities to retrieve any failure in assessments will be in line with University and School regulatory guidance. In the event of failure in an assessment, the student will be required to submit a new assignment.
