We’re located in the heart of the University Hospital of Wales Heath Park site and work closely with our academic and healthcare neighbours surrounding us.
Our dedicated facility has the capacity to host over one million samples and is certified to ISO:9001:2015 ensuring the quality of our procedures and processes.
We store samples in vapour phase liquid nitrogen, -80, -20, +4 and ambient room temperature and all our storage modes are remotely monitored 24/7.
We have a team of six staff who are invested in providing the best experience for our donors and customers.
