Teaching and useful information

A four‑week programme combining pre‑recorded lectures, live workshops, case studies and applied leadership tools delivered by Dr Mehreen Ashraf. Each week focuses on a core theme:

Week 1 – AI in Organisations: Governance, Trust and Leadership

Explore how AI reshapes organisational decision‑making, authority and accountability. This week introduces the governance and leadership challenges that emerge when organisations deploy algorithmic systems.

Week 2 – AI Innovation and Organisational Transformation

Examine how AI enables new forms of innovation and why some organisations adapt successfully while others struggle. Participants analyse the strategic, cultural and operational shifts required for AI‑enabled transformation.

Week 3 – Governing AI: Accountability, Risk and Oversight

Focus on how organisations can deploy AI responsibly through effective governance, risk management and oversight. Participants consider how to anticipate unintended outcomes and maintain trust and alignment with organisational values.

Week 4 – Responsible Leadership in the Age of AI

Investigate the leadership capabilities needed to guide AI‑driven change. This week centres on aligning AI innovation with ethics, public value and long‑term strategy, concluding with the development of a Responsible AI Leadership Blueprint.

Participants complete a practical Responsible AI Leadership Blueprint to guide responsible innovation in their organisation.
