Overview

I am interested in tackling the darker side of innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems. My research focuses on the gender and racial inequalities at work, and how to promote more equitable work spaces, specifically in the context of innovation-intensive organisations. My research has been published in scholarly journals, such as Human Relations, Gender Work and Organization, Organization, among other contributions in edited books. I am a Fellow of of the Higher Education Academy.

Biography

I have joined Cardiff Business School in 2023 as a Lecturer in Management, Employment and Organisation. I previously held a position as Lecturer in Organisation Studies at Lancaster University Management School. 

Supervisions

I am currently supervising PhD researchers focused on the following areas:

  • gender and diversity issues in academia
  • managerial consciousness
