Overview
Yuan Weihao is pursuing a Ph.D. at Cardiff University's Centre for High-Frequency Engineering (CHFE). The title of his research project is "Machine Learning Based Semiconductor Device Characterization, Measurement, and Optimization." His project is being conducted under the supervision of Dr. Roberto Quaglia and Dr. James Bell. In this project, ANN (Artificial Neural Network) is used to optimize the simulation of semiconductor devices using the Cardiff Model.
After completing his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Information Engineering, he obtained his Master of Science degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Birmingham in 2021.
