Miss Su Li

Overview

Su Li is a PhD Candidate at the School of Journalism, Media and Culture (JOMEC). 

Her research interests mainly focus on television and audience, gender and culture. Su tries to advance our understanding of the relationships between cultural industry and subculture (especially female-oriented culture) fandom in China.

Prior to her PhD, she completed a MA in Film, Photography and Media from University of Leeds, and BA in Journalism from Ocean University of China (Tsingtao).
