Cardiff University Scholarship winners in Chemistry
Scholarship winners (L-R) Lloyd Goff, Luke Ward, Megan Jones, Morgan Bates, Rachel East and Kiera Evans with Head of School Professor Damien Murphy (centre)

Seven new students from the School of Chemistry’s 2017/18 intake have been awarded Cardiff University Scholarships for academic achievement in their A-levels.

Each student achieved AAA or above in their A-level examinations (or equivalent qualification) and were selected to receive a University Scholarship award in recognition of their excellent academic achievements. They will each be awarded a scholarship of £3000.

Our scholarship winners are Lloyd Goff, Luke Ward, Megan Jones, Morgan Bates, Rachel East, Kiera Evans and Rebecca Green.

The Cardiff University Scholarships reflect the excellent standard of applications we receive with the vast majority of our students choosing Cardiff as their first choice university.

We welcome all students to the School and hope that they enjoy their experiences whilst studying for their chemistry degree here at Cardiff.
