Celebrating the Class of 2017!

The School of Modern Languages held its 2017 Graduation ceremony on 21 July 2016 at St David’s Hall, Cardiff.
The ceremony was followed by a post-graduation reception attended by over 300 people in the grounds of the University’s Main Building. Guests enjoyed prosecco, cake and strawberries while they mingled with staff and celebrated students’ achievements.
Head of School Professor Rachael Langford welcomed the guests to Cardiff and congratulated all graduands for their hard work during the years that they had studied at the School.
Following her speech, Professor Langford went on to present a number of prizes to both undergraduates, postgraduates and staff who had been recognised for their achievements within a variety of areas. They were as follows:
