On Tuesday the CUREMeDE team was joined by Andy McCann from DNA Definitive for training on teamship, covering topics from managing uncertainty to dealing with perfectionism. Andy is a performance coach who has worked with some of the UK’s highest profile professionals across the fields of business, entertainment and international sport. He also sits on the Sports Wales Advisory Group and is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.

During the training which ranged from role playing exercises to discussions in pairs, we thought deeply about our organisation’s purpose, the strengths we each bring to the team, strategies to deal with work place stresses’ and how we can become an even more productive and mutually supportive team in the future.

Andy delivers MedTRiM medical resilience events supported by CUREMeDE. For more information on MedTRiM see the Wales Deanery website.
