Prof Hutchings delivers CAS Fellowship lectures

Prof.Graham Hutchings FRS, former director of the Cardiff Catalysis Institute, recently gave the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) President's International Fellowship Initiative (PIFI) lecture, together with the S. C. Tang lecture at the Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics.

The CAS Presidents International Fellowship for Distinguished Scientists supports leading international scientists to conduct a lecture tour at CAS for up to 2 weeks, visiting at lest two CAS-affiliated institutions to lecture and interact with CAS researchers and postgraduates.  The fellowship is awarded to established and internationally recognised scientists, regardless of discipline, having obtained outsatnding scientific accomplishment and prestigious international honours, awards or prizes
