The past and future of the law in Wales

On Friday 27 October, Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd delivered a lecture on the The Past and the Future of Law in Wales.
Lord Thomas is the former Lord Chief Justice for England and Wales and has recently been appointed as the chairman of the Commission on Justice in Wales established by the Welsh Government.
In the lecture, he reflected on the legal history of Wales before moving on to give some of his own views of the issues facing the Commission on Justice in Wales.
