Cardiff’s Pharmacy education provision ranked ‘Top 100’ Worldwide

Cardiff University’s Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences educational provision has been recognised as a top 100 programme in the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject.

The QS World University Rankings by Subject are based upon the assessment of thousands of institutions, courses and citations and are considered one of the definitive listings worldwide.

Cardiff University’s Pharmacy offering ranked 68 and is joined by six other Cardiff University courses, which also ranked within the top 100 in their respective categories.

One of the main programmes delivered by the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is The Master of Pharmacy (MPharm).  This four-year internationally respected undergraduate programme explores the discovery and development of new drugs and their chemical, physicochemical, pharmacological and toxicological properties. It also gives students an insight into the clinical uses of medicines and the role of the pharmacist in relation to other healthcare professions.

A highly experienced team of academic staff teach our students, with support from pharmacist practitioners who have an extensive range of expertise.
