Bridgend College approached the Low Carbon Built Environment (LCBE) team at the Welsh School of Architecture (WSA) to benefit from their expertise in retrofitting Welsh housing to realise their vision.
The conversation focused on ways to bring about inclusive change in architecture, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), and the role of engagement and mentoring.
The award aims to reward programmes or projects which can clearly demonstrate how they have developed an innovative approach which has made a real difference to the lives of tenants and customers.
Elisa Migliorini is the Welsh School of Architecture’s first Master of Design Administration (MDA) graduate and winner of the Society of Construction Law prize for best overall performance in the MDA.
