The successful candidate for this role will have an outstanding academic record in a relevant discipline and possess exceptional leadership and management capabilities alongside a track record of successful strategic delivery. They will have the personal authority, presence and expertise to represent the School and effectively further its general interests.
Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Urfan Khaliq, the successful candidate will build on strong academic foundations and oversee the delivery of excellent education and student experience, foster leading research that matters globally, and inspire an inclusive culture for students and staff.
Role
The role is full time for up to 5 years (with the possibility of a further term of 3 years), to begin on 1 September 2025. The role carries a non-pensionable allowance of £12,000 per annum.
