School of Physics and Astronomy graduation reception

Congratulations Class of 2018!

To celebrate your success after the procession in St David's Hall, the School of Physics and Astronomy welcomes graduands and their guests to a reception event held in a marquee outside Main Building and will include a prize-giving ceremony. This year’s refreshments will include canapes, celebration cupcakes, sparkling wine and soft drinks. There will also be additional food and drinks stalls and memorabilia items available to purchase.

Graduands may have up to three complimentary tickets to attend the reception (i.e. one for themselves and two for guests). Please note that ticket reservations are monitored so please do not exceed the three-ticket cap. Tickets for up to two additional guests for the Reception (not the degree ceremony itself) may be purchased in person from the Physics reception. A charge of £10 per person is payable for additional guests, children under the age of 11 will go free.

Please ensure you reserve tickets and notify physics-ug@cardiff.ac.uk of any special dietary requirements by Sunday 1st July 2018.

Graduands are all asked to wear their cap and gown to this event
