Some say there has never been a harder time to be a public servant, but perhaps there has never been a better time? The only thing certain about the future of public service is uncertainty, so how do we equip ourselves to start thinking differently and meet the multiple challenges together? How do we support bravery and be open to change?

In this Briefing, we will be joined by Paul Matthews, Monmouthshire County Council CEO, Lisa Knight-Davies, Head of Organisation Culture Challenge at Monmouthshire County Council and Owen Wilce, Programme Manager, Infuse, at Monmouthshire County Council for an insightful session designed to inform and inspire your thinking related to the 21st Century Public Servant, delivered by three passionate and proud public servants.

Join us to hear the panel discuss where we are now, where do we want to be, how will we get there, and how will we know when we arrive?
