consumer experiences sad to happy faces

Objective

As a business professional, have you ever thought how to improve the decisions of your consumers? As a government representative, have you ever thought how to increase tax compliance or convince individuals to behave more pro-environmentally? As a charity manager, have you ever thought how to motivate individuals to donate more money?

If you have ever struggled with similar questions in your daily work, this workshop is for you.

In the last decade an increasing number of businesses and governments have successfully applied behavioural insights - findings from economics, psychology and neuroscience that explain how humans behave - to influence the decisions of their stakeholders. This workshop will provide a brief overview of such behavioural insights and discuss different case studies. The workshop aims to acquaint the participants with behavioural insights and to motivate them to think about applying these insights in their daily work.
