The ESRC Wales Doctoral Training Partnership develops social scientists, in collaboration with partners in the private, public and third sectors, to bring about business excellence and competitive advantage and is one of 14 similar research networks across the UK.
In this Briefing you will hear from Dr Charlotte Beale, Head of Economics for Dŵr Cymru, and Dr Michael Evans, Rail Projects Officer for Transport for Wales on how their organisations have worked closely with social science researchers to create innovation. Professor John Harrington, Director of the ESRC Wales Doctoral Training Partnership, will share how your organisation can get involved in the partnership and will provide an opportunity for you to put forward any questions you might have to our panel of experts.
