Join us for an informal discussion with Julie-Ann Haines, CEO of Principality Building Society, as she discusses the impact of the pandemic over the course of the past year, outlining the challenges faced by their organisation, and for her individually. Last July, we closed our Breakfast Briefing series for the year with James Timpson OBE, CEO of Timpsons, and his unique insights and candour made for a fascinating session. This session, therefore, is the next instalment of our C-Suite Insight series and promises to be equally as illuminating.
The Principality Building Society, like all other businesses, has probably faced greater challenges during the course of the past 16 months than it has faced throughout its 150-year history. As the first wave of the Pandemic reached its peak last summer, Julie-Ann Haines moved into the position of CEO, guiding the Principality through the upheaval, whilst embracing innovation and moving to a new normal. What were the greatest challenges they faced, and what policies and processes have they enacted to continue to grow and develop, safely, for both colleagues and customers?
