Sandister Tei (MA 2015) studied journalism at Cardiff University and has been named Wikimedian of the Year in recognition of her work promoting open knowledge and developing open knowledge communities in Ghana.

Isobel Owen (MA 2019) is a social media editor at The Economist and even though the publication itself is subscription based, there are many approaches they take to combat fake news and promote information to different audiences.
