It is the University's custom to honour former members of staff and students who have given their lives in the service of their country during the World Wars and other times of conflict.
Armistice Day falls on Wednesday 11 November 2020 and staff, students, alumni and members of the public are invited to watch the University’s Act of Remembrance Service online and observe the two-minute silence, which will be broadcast from 10:55.
The Service will be led by Vice-Chancellor, Professor Colin Riordan, Co-ordinating Chaplain, Rev Delyth Liddell and the University’s Multi-faith Chaplaincy.
