One of the biggest challenges facing organisations in the public and private sectors is professional development for senior and aspiring leaders. At Cardiff Business School, we've developed a suite of executive programmes to help individuals realise their career potential and for organisations to take their services to the next level.

Our portfolio of part-time courses includes an established Executive MBA to enhance your professional performance and a practice-focused MSc in Human Resources, led by academics at the forefront of their field.

We will also be showcasing our new MSc in Public Leadership, a part-time programme aimed at experienced practitioners working in public services and the third sector looking to take the ‘next step’ into leadership, and those already in these positions seeking a leadership and management qualification. The course will run over two years and will be delivered in three-day blocks by our team of internationally recognised academics and experienced practitioners from a range of public services, advisory bodies and think tanks. Together we will unravel real-life challenges across a range of services and organisations, and the experiences of those on the programme will be central. As well as learning from academics and experts, participants will attend masterclasses delivered by high-profile speakers in order to develop and grow networks and share knowledge of strategy, leadership, innovation and change.
