Cardiff University's Wales Governance Centre is pleased to invite you to our European Election Briefing 2019.

With Brexit unresolved and an extension secured, Wales and the UK look increasingly likely to participate in elections to the European Parliament on May 23rd.

Professor Roger Awan-Scully, Professor Laura McAllister and Jac Larner will provide the expert guide to the European election. Drawing on data on public opinion and voting intentions in Wales, including some new findings, they will explore how this unexpected election will work - and what results it could produce.

Which MEPs might Wales return to the European Parliament? What impact might the election have on party politics in Wales and across the UK? And what implications could this all have for the Brexit process?
