A new study by members of the Innovation, Improvement and Engagement research theme has been funded by Welsh Government. The study will provide an appraisal of published nurse staffing research, and will investigate the historical and current measures used to set and monitor nurse staffing levels in adult acute services in Local Health Boards in NHS Wales. The study is led by Professor Daniel Kelly & Dr Aled Jones, with other members of the research team Dr Tom Powell, Dr Sonia Vougioukalou and Mary Lynch.  The study will report in 2015.
