If you’re looking to host an event hassle-free, choose our Venues service. Our tiered level of service is designed for those who want a fully supported yet personalised event experience, so you can focus on hosting.
Choose from a Bronze, Silver or Gold package to match the level of planning, catering and event management to the scale of your event.

- Bronze: Best for meetings and simple day-delegate events where you want the essentials done well.
- Silver: Best for larger events that need structured planning, polished arrivals and hands-on delivery.
- Gold: Best for conferences where registration, delegate comms and extra admin support matter.

Bronze: Day Delegate Meetings
Minimum 10 delegates
Bronze is ideal for when you want a professional set-up with great hospitality, without needing full event management. It’s specifically designed for meetings, training days and smaller say-delegate formats.
What’s included:
- Main plenary room booking
- Standard AV (projector and screens)
- 2 tea/coffee breaks with biscuits
- Working buffet lunch
- Wi-Fi access
- Basic signage & delegate support
Optional add-ons:
- Enhanced IT requirements (hybrid, microphones, additional screens, external/internal technical services)
- Out of hours support
- Breakout rooms
- Dedicated event organiser throughout the day

Silver: Event Management
Minimum 30 delegates
Silver is built for sessions with multiple stakeholders, speakers, or a schedule where you want a team helping you run the day. This is a package to help your event feel more like a programme.
What’s included:
- Main plenary room booking
- Pre-event planning meetings & risk assessments
- Assistance with event/speaker forms
- Stakeholder liaison
- Joining instructions, delegate maps & car parking information
- Main plenary set-up & AV coordination
- 2 refreshment breaks with welsh cakes in the morning, cake bites in the evening & water station
- Cold fork lunch with fruit & juice
- Branded signage for arrivals & rooms
- Meet & greet, on-the-day support
- Delegate Wi-Fi management
Gold: Conference Management
Minimum 60 delegates
Gold is for full conference delivery, when you need additional admin support, a more formal registration experience, and extra event infrastructure so your event schedule runs like clockwork.
Includes everything in Silver, plus:
- Additional breakout rooms (subject to delegate numbers)
- Administration support
- Delegate packs & badges, literature, table plans
- Set up registration desk
The benefit of having a tiered approach is that you’re not pushed into a one-size-fits-all package. You can keep it simple with Bronze, step up to Silver for full on-the-day support, or go all-in with Gold for conference-level delivery.
