Managing for Continued Success

This workshop encouraged delegates to reflect on their existing skills and create an action plan on key areas for improvement.
Attendees considered their management ‘type’ and how their management style impacts upon staff and performance. From this they considered ways to improve their communication skills to ensure they are able to manage ever-changing situations as well as increasing performance and productivity.
Areas covered in the workshop included:
- Reflection on Current Management type
- Improving performance – learning to engage staff in the development process
- Succession planning – ensuring they continue to manage successful teams by developing talent for the future
- Creating a personal action plan – focus on key areas for improvement
Delegates were also provided with a ‘Successful Manager Toolkit’.
