Strategy

We have set out our strategic direction in The Way Forward 2012-2017.

Our ambition is to rank consistently among the top 100 universities in the world and the top 20 in the UK. In doing so we will focus on key areas such as education, research and innovation, internationalisation and engagement.

The Way Forward outlines the guiding principles for the way we put these ambitions into practice, and includes ten performance indicators that will help us gauge our progress.
