Debugging is something we do all the time in computer science. It’s the process of working through code and fixing any mistakes or making improvements.
Being able to debug in computer science is very important as it identifies problems with the computer programme which may stop it from working effectively. It also means that our programmes run in the way that they should.
This resource provides a simple, unplugged (no computer required) activity to help pupils understand the debugging process.
