Manjula Bray has a solid background in Human Resources that supports her practice as a Business Psychologist, Career Coach and trainer/facilitator.
She supports employers to maximise their staff’s capability through robust assessment, selection and development methods. She also works with individuals; enabling them to perform more effectively within their current roles and to secure those positions they aspire to.
During her career, Manjula has recruited hundreds of individuals during her time as an in-house recruiter and recommended numerous applicants for public and judicial appointments whilst sitting as an independent/lay panel member.
She has gained experience of working with a wide range of organisations (SMEs, public sector, Not For Profit, HE and multinationals) and diverse individuals (under- and post-graduates, middle to senior management) across a number of industries and professions.
